Our Amsterdam City Tours

Amsterdam City Center

This tour covers the most important sights of the inner city, including part of the famous Red Light District. Wander through its narrow streets and past imposing university buildings leading to the centuries-old Begijnhof, one of the city’s most famous but still hidden inner courtyards.

This tour takes approximately 3 hours, and includes time for a drink (cost not included) in a neighborhood tavern.

Jordaan District

Originally built for the working class in the 17th century, it is now an upscale neighborhood. You will walk past the house where Anne Frank hid from the Nazis with her family, and see some historic houses with beautiful interior courtyards where unmarried women were once housed.

This tour takes about one hour and a half, and includes time for a drink (cost not included) in a typical Jordaan brown cafe (tavern).

Red Light District

Explore all the famous sights of the Red Light district and feel the free and easy attitude of the Dutch towards the “World’s Oldest Profession”…anything can happen here!

This tour takes about one hour and a half, and includes time for a drink (cost not included) in a Red Light district tavern.

All 3 tours are priced at €15 per person, or a minimum of €140 if there are less than 10 people.

More Tours

Other tours can also be arranged upon request. For example, walking tours in Jewish Amsterdam, or “In the footsteps of Rembrandt,” as well as a bus tour of Amsterdam,  a canal cruise, or a Museum tour. We can add lunches/dinners including an experience in a typical Dutch restaurant if you so desire.

We can also organize excursions to surrounding villages and countryside, or to other Dutch cities such as the government city, Den Haag (The Hague, seat of the Dutch government), and the vibrant seaport of Rotterdam, or Delft, home of “Delft’s Blauw.”.
